Uncharted Colors™ are painstakingly created and tested in our lab by our in-house colorists. They are available only from Mad Micas and authorized resellers.

Mica/Pigment Blend
We are incredibly proud and excited to bring you then latest member of the Uncharted Series. We have worked tirelessly in the lab to create this brilliant green in time for end of summer fun as well as the upcoming holidays.
No big backstory on this color: it's just a fantastic green that our lead colorist created after a LOT of trial and error, and it's exactly what you've been asking for!
The staff here is over the moon about it as well - during the run up to launch, every time someone has walked past a desk or a lab station that has a jar of Lush Green open, or a bar of soap or some epoxy made with it, we hear "wow - that is an amazing color!"
And it really is. Think Emerald Isle. Think holidays. Think rainforest. Think Lush.
In powder form, it's a rich matte reminiscent of The Hulk or freshly cut grass. In epoxy resin, clear MP soap and CP soap, it's a deeper, darker green - perfect for the winter holidays!

Vegan Statement
- All products we buy, sell or give away are 100% vegan. This includes refusing to carry any products colored using carmine.
Supply Line Ethics and Child Labor Statement
- Mad Micas sources exclusively from ethical supply lines.
- Mad Micas requires declarations from all suppliers stating that no minors participate in mining, factory work, transportation or any other process involved in the production of anything we carry.
- Mad Micas will not source product from areas (for example, mica from India) in which there have been documented ethical transgressions.
- The Mad Micas transport supply chain consists exclusively of major carriers like FedEx, UPS, and DHL and thus is free of forced or child labor.

5- and 10-pound sizes come in bags, not in jars or buckets, in order to help reduce plastic use and our carbon footprint.

And I for whatever reason have been obsessed with making sure I have been keeping up with obtaining at least a sample size of every one of the uncharted series micas. I think I would have to say it's probably because they are all so unique and versatile for whatever craft I want to use them for, also they have some of the best descriptions for a good read if you are interested in the ways they were inspired to come up with the names and the reasons for the choice of adding it to the series 😀 .madmicas is now my favorite fall to use for pigment powders (they have some great glitter too btw) and I am only left stuck waiting for the next release of my series to drop....thankfully the daydreams of when they may make my collection whole with making alcohol ink or just liquid pigments in all their amazing colors keeps me content till my box with the personally written notes on the inner tabs comes to add to the many stacks of the previous additions.
Can't go wrong with Mad Micas colors and this one is no exception. Beautiful color in my cold process soaps.
